Q: I'm still not sure I want to purchase my items online with my credit card. What other order and payment options are available?
A: We make it easy to make a purchase from us! You may place orders by phone, fax, or mail. You may pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard, only), money order, or personal check for the total amount due including shipping. Payments by check require a 10-14 day ship time. A: We are striving to offer a variety of products available online. Some items in the brick and mortar storefront are not yet included online. Q: Can I have items shipped internationally?
A: Yes. We can ship orders to most international destinations, but delivery rates vary. Please go to the Shipping Policy Page in our Site Map for specific information regarding international deliveries. An online order going to an interntional address can only be processed by completing the Checkout phase of your order. During checkout, an automatic minimum shipping fee of $75.00 is calculated. This fee is applied towards the total amount of shipping due and is dependent upon destination and weight. You will be emailed with the total amount due before your order is shipped. We wish to serve the international community with classic automobilia!
Q: How do I change the quantity of an item in my Shopping Bag?
A: Click on the Shopping Bag located on the top navigational bar. This will link you to the Shopping Bag page. Change the quantity of the item and click the Recalculate button. The new quantity appears with updated prices. Please note that some online products have special quantity price breaks. These discounts will be noted in red.
Q: Can I send gifts to a different address than my own?
A: Yes. You may send an individual order to a different address. You will be prompted during the Checkout phase as to the shipping address. We cannot ship individual items within one order to multiple addresses. Simply begin a new order for each different address you wish to ship.
Q: How do I delete an item in my Shopping Cart?
A: This is easy! Go to your Shopping Bag page by clicking on the top navigational bar. You will see an icon trash bin next to each item listed. Simply click on it to remove the item from your cart.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: We only charge sales tax for orders purchased by persons residing in Indiana or that their credit card billing address is in Indiana. The sales tax on items purchased in Indiana is 7%.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: Standard shipping rates are based on your total amount purchased and reflect an average amount. We ship via United Parcel Service. Additional shipping charges may be required for some items as noted their individual item descriptions. Express delivery and Next Day rates are also additional. Please keep in mind that there are no weekend deliveries. Please take this into consideration when selecting the Next Day option. Learn more by going to the Shipping Policy.
